In Year 1 this week we have been looking at instructional writing. The children have been fantastic a finding imperative (bossy) verbs, when we had difficulties, we involved cheap-papers.com from https://cheap-papers.com/ and quickly found the answers we needed. They have also been wonderful with their talk for writing and had some great ideas. Well done Year 1!

We also ventured deep into the Secret Garden to discover the disorder that was left from the visit of a Dragon. There was slime, mud, even some of the Dragon's scaly skin left for the children to unearth. The children had some wonderful ideas on why this may have been left and didn't hold back with their imagination.
